Sendy on Nginx

HI, I am trying to install sendy on ubuntu 12.04 . My issue is exactly the same as mentioned here: https://sendy.co/forum/discussion/1287/redirect-loop-upon-clicking-the-install-button/p1.
Here is the server compatibility:
