Are you on a shared server?
Sendy also stalled after sending 1,582 emails
Your server timed out. If cron is running, it'll auto-resume sending.
  • Yes, I am using Godaddy hosting services

Regarding stalling...I waited an hour and it didn't resume, so I hit to resume... my last campaign on Nov 25th to 3,200 I had to hit resume 3x
  • Still having problems... stalled at 1500+, 2200+, 2900+. I experienced a similar pattern the last campaign, every 700 emails
  • Your campaign didn't automatically resume because cron isn't working with this message 'CPU time limit exceeded'. Cron job failure is something I don't have control over.

It's normal for server to time out executing a long running script, that's why we built 'resume' and 'auto resume via cron'.

I wouldn't be surprised if script execution is shorter on a shared server especially on GoDaddy. If it's not working out for you, you may want to consider switching host especially if sending newsletters is important to you.
