Bounces SNS topic has been confirmed but complaints is pending

I followed the steps on the sendy Setup page, one at a time. Bounces was confirmed as soon as it was setup, but complaints is still pending confirmation. How long do I have to wait?

Its a Dreamhost Shared Hosting.

    Hi,

    Confirmation is immediate.

    If 'bounces' SNS subscription confirms immediately and 'complaints' does not, it sounds like a typo error to me.

    Please remove your 'complaints' SNS topic entirely and re-add. Make sure your SNS subscription endpoint is 'http://uniserved.com/sendy/includes/campaigns/bounces.php'

    I checked again, no typo. On a happier note, I just deleted the complaints topic and added a new one and it worked this time. Thanks for your help though.
