[Name] personalisation tag in campaign comes through as [Name]

Hi,

I'm just getting to grips with Sendy. It's awesome, but my first few tests haven't been completely successful.

When using [Name] in a campaign, with the name and email defined in the list, the email just reflects "Dear [Name]" although the [Email] tag did get converted correctly.

I'm using the latest version, 1.1.9.4

AIs there any easy way to debug it?

    Hi,

    You're using the personalization tag incorrectly. It should be [Name,fallback=].

    For example:

    Hi [Name,fallback=there], how are you?
