Have been using the default subscribe form and noticed that there are way too many spammers (.de, hotmail) signing up. How have others encountered this?
If you're experiencing this, you may want to set your list as 'double opt in'.
Or, create your own form and use the API to subscribe users instead. This way, you have control over things like adding captchas, or reject any kind of emails you don't want etc.

This has been talked about in another thread → http://sendy.co/discussion/161/urgent-issue
One of the best way without using Captcha for client side validation is http://nfriedly.com/techblog/2009/11/how-to-build-a-spam-free-contact-forms-without-captchas/
