Having Trouble Saving HTML Template - FORBIDDEN Message

Hello there,

I'm having some trouble when saving a campaign with a custom template from CAMPAIGN MONITOR template builder. I paste the code into the message (HTML mode), and when i save i get this message:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /includes/create/save-campaign.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I Already changed the permissions of the file to 777 and the message keeps on showing after saving. Am i doing something wrong?

Hi Pedro,

The error you're getting is a 403 error. You need to request your host to turn off mod_security on your server in order to eliminate this error.
