No emails opened

Hi,

sendy user from few months, I can not see if sent emails are really opened or not ??

I have already setup sendy with your setup guide smoothly. Can send test emails to testing group users that i open, but not showed in reports (as shown in screenshot).

Have any explanation and fix ?

    Yes, I received the testing campaign and opened and clicked on fex links in the 2 emails, but reporting not work ?.

    • Sendy installation URL, email and password
    • FTP credentials

    I created a test campaign with links inside, then sent the campaign to myself. 'Opens' and 'clicks' are registered successfully. See the report ? http://office-newsletters.com/sendy//report?i=2&c=50

    have troubles with more than one member : to 2 testing : doesn't work !!
    I have sent testing to 2 emails, received 2 emails, opened 2 emails, clicked in one email : but no reporting (all at zero) !! Very strange ...

    Help please !

    the same for just one email testing, opened but reports indicate "not opened" ... may interaction with the template ?, no ?

    Did you turn on images in your email client when viewing your email? You must have images turned on in your email client in order for 'opens' to be tracked. This is the same for all email marketing platforms out there.

    • Yes, sure images are turned on by default for my accounts.
    • Re-tried second test with last campaign (text + link), the opened emails, link clicked > white page, reports at ZERO !!!!. Become crazy soon !!

    Try changing your cron job command to:

    curl -L -s http://office-newsletters.com/sendy/scheduled.php > /dev/null 2>&1

    Then retry sending your campaign.

    Change the command field to:

    curl -L -s http://office-newsletters.com/sendy/scheduled.php > /dev/null 2>&1

    Hi ben, I think that the problem is reporting emails oppenings and clicks, not sending because sending (for now) seems working as i receive all my sent emails ?

    any explanation about what 's not working in my install plz ? or want to make a fresh install but how to backup templates and lists ??. Thank you for assistance

    I'm suggesting you to change your cron job command to use 'curl' instead of 'php' because your command line version of PHP is buggy and as a result causing your opens and clicks not to be tracked. Hence, please change your cron job command to:

    curl -L -s http://office-newsletters.com/sendy/scheduled.php > /dev/null 2>&1
