Getting PendingConfirmation on SNS, how to confirm?

Hi all, I didn't get any emails from amazon for confirm SNS for complaints and bounces.

Am I doing something wrong? Do they send it to an email address or to the software?

    Sendy automatically confirms both bounces and complaints SNS subscriptions. There's no emails and you don't need to confirm anything. :)
