How can we IMPORT HTML template in the editor?

Can someone enlighten me over Importing HTML Template in the editor. Any help will be acknowledged. Thanks

Copy the HTML into the "HTML Code" field. Make sure your images are uploaded and linked in your HTML.

You can also use the WYSIWYG editor to upload images.
