Add New Autoresponder Emails, Does Old Subscribers Get Them?

Hi Ben, I just want to confirm here. If I add some autoresponder emails after previous cycle has been completed, does my old subscriber will also get the new series of follow-up emails?
Please advice me about this topic.

Hi @zulhfreelancer,

I'm assuming you're referring to 'Drip campaign' type of autoresponder.

It doesn't matter when you add autoresponder emails. Autoresponder emails will always be sent on a date relative to their 'sign up date' (for drip campaigns).

Let's say you add a new autoresponder email on 1 Feb that sends an email 3 days later. John signed up on 1 Jan. He will not get that autoresponder email because 3 days after his sign up date of 1 Jan is 4 Jan. But Ben will get the autoresponder email on 4 Feb because he signed up on 1 Feb.

But if you add a new autoresponder email on 1 Feb that sends an email 2 months later, John will get the autoresponder email because 2 months later after his signup date of 1 Jan is 1 Mar. Ben will get the autoresponder email on 1 Apr because he signed up on 1 Feb (2 months after 1 Feb is 1 Apr).
