Bounces and Complaints when using Amazon SES SMTP

If I want to use Amazon SES SMTP server, will Bounces and Complaints be registered using this setup?

    Hi @yabdab,

    If you use your Amazon Web Services credentials, bounces and complaints will be registered.

    If you use SMTP settings other than Amazon SES's, bounces and complaints will not be registered.
