Can't send confirmation emails

Hello, great mailing software,
My sendy installation can´t send a unique confirmation email to users in all of my brands and lists. Im using amazon and mandrill app. Can you help me please?

    Hi,

    1. Be sure to set your list as 'Double opt-in'
    2. Only emails subscribed through Sendy's subscribe form or the API sends the confirmation email

    Lastly, with regards to whether your emails can be sent if you're using Mandrill SMTP:

    1. Please check with your host if they restrict sending of emails via third party SMTP. Some hosts restricts sending emails via third party SMTP.
    2. Also make sure that if you set your SMTP port as '465', choose 'SSL'. If you set your SMTP port as '587', choose 'TLS' in your brand settings.
