Transient and permanent bounces

It would be great to see which subscriber bounced due to what type of problem

    Hi @Ergun,

    There are only 2 types bounces from Amazon's bounce feedback,

    1. Transient bounces (or soft bounce)
    2. Permanent bounces (or hard bounce)

    When a transient bounce occurs, the subscriber will be marked as 'soft bounced' in the database. But this is invisible to you until this subscriber soft bounced 3 times, then they will be marked as 'permanent bounce' which you will be able to see it in Sendy's UI (subscriber list and reports).
