Can I get a name into a linked url?

I'm looking to carry a subscriber's name to links in the e-mail.

Let's say "Joe" is the subscriber. "Joe" gets an e-mail though send. "Joe" clicks on the link and gets taken to a page which shows "Hi, Joe".

Possible?

    Yes, add [Name,fallback=] anywhere in your email's HTML and it will be converted into the recipient's name when your recipient receives their email.
