Cannot access Sendy after installation

Hi,

I installed Sendy as stated in the Get Started guide on my webfaction hosting. I specified an email address and password, but after the installation was complete I could not log in. Furthermore, I could not send an email with a password reminder. What can be the cause of this?

When you attempted to login, were you redirected back to the login page and there were no errors shown on the page? If so, please see → https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#login-page-reloads-without-error-message
