After installation returns to empty form

Hello,

I'm trying to install Sendy but I can't get pass the Install page. I fill in the information and after I click "Install now", it sends the info and returns to the same page but with the fields cleared.

Additional info about the instalation:

Domain I'm trying to install: dedosdefrente.com

Compatibility Checklist:
X mod_rewrite is not enabled.
All the other are OK.

From my config.php file:
define('APP_PATH', 'http://dedosdefrente.com/sendy');
$dbHost = 'localhost'; //mySQL Hostname
The .htaccess file is up and there is no .htaccess file in the root directory (dedosdefrente.com/)

The domain, dedosdefrente.com, is not on file with us.

What domain did you purchase Sendy for?

You need to install Sendy on your licensed domain (the one you entered at checkout) otherwise you will not be able to install.
