I wonder that may I view all bounces content via Sendy? Some of customer addresses are good, but has been mark as bounces (maybe soft bounce), and I want to know the detail.

When emails are marked as bounced in Sendy, it is a 'Hard bounce' and that's all there is to it. Soft bounces are not marked as 'Bounced' in Sendy, it will be retried multiple times by Amazon until Amazon converts it to a 'Hard bounce', then registers it in your Sendy list via SNS notifications.
