Name personalization tag not being converted

Hi, I just bought sendy and I'm trying to take advantage of custom fields to send out an email to a list of people to check their details. I've added 15 custom fields and intend to import the relevant details from a database. For now, I've imported one person to the list to test. The import went fine and all custom fields can be viewed when editing this person. However, when I created and sent a campaign and added these fields the only one that is replaced is the default [Email] field (the default [Name] field doesn't change though).

I don't know whether I'm missing something simple.

    Hi,

    [Name] is an incorrect tag, it should be [Name,fallback=]. Please follow exactly the tags shown at the bottom of the create or edit campaign page:
