Problem sending test emails with second brand

I have two brands set up, and have no problem sending with the first brand. Today I created a campaign in the second brand and tried to send a test email message to myself. It never arrived. I tried different addresses, none worked. I went back and did a mailing to one of my lists on my main brand - worked fine. What could be causing this issue?

    Have you verified the 'from' email address on your SES console for your 'second' brand?
