Emails not being tracked
Hi, we've sent a couple of test messages but they are not showing as opened in the campaign report.
Looking in the email source we see the tracking image and can visit the url which serves the 1x1 png tracking image fine.
Any ideas as to what we're got wrong?

We've resolved this on PM.
For the benefit of other users in future, if you're on Ubuntu, you need to change
AllowOverride None
toAllowOverride All
so that htaccess is not ignored by Ubuntu. http://www.joeldare.com/wiki/linux:using_.htaccess_on_ubuntuAlso make sure the
.htaccess
file has been uploaded to your main directory.
