YouTube links does not generate thumbnail

When I posting links to YouTube videos in my newsletter, I would like to have the Gmail feature of showing a clickable video thumbnail at bottom of theb Gmail..
As Sendy rewrites the orginal url, ius there any way of coding it so the YouTube thumb shows up in the emails.

Hi,

Sendy converts all links in your email to trackable links so you can see 'click' activities in your report. There's no way to turn that off just for certain links, sorry about that.
