Autoresponder tracking open stats

Dear Ben,

First of all, thanks for creating this great product, and really happy to have an inexpensive option to send out my autoresponder mails, thanks !

I have just setup my first autoresponder and looking at the stats I have a question op tracking open and clicks.

In the details of the autoresponser I see how many people opened mail 1, 2 and 3 and how many e-mails have been send, opened and the click count of links in each e-mail. So I think that tracking works correctly.

In the Subscriber lists, I see a list of all e-mails subscribed to this list. However when clicking on any of the e-mail I see a poppu with Subscriber info

But here it says No activity, and Open, Clicks and Country have empty values. This is the case for every e-mail address.

Is there something I can do to fix this ?

    Hi,

    Glad that you like Sendy. :)

    The 'activity for each subscriber' you're referring to displays data for 'campaigns' not 'autoresponders'.
