Webversion and unsubscribe links not working in test email

I copied an HTML from Campaign Monitor which I previously used, and place it in Sendy. I changed the link of the images and everything looks good in Sendy email preview page. However, when I send a test email, the Webversion and Unsubscribe links don't work.

    1. Can you show me your webversion and unsubscribe tags?

    2. And did you place them in the HTML code?

    Hi @Kitty,

    I forgot to let you know that if you send a test email using the test function, webversion and unsubscribe links won't be active (though you'll see it being converted to links in your email client).

    When you send the newsletter out for real, webversion and unsubscribe links will become active.
