Bounces not registered

I've just finished sending to a 25k subscribers list.
Amazon SES panel says I got 550 bounces.
The campaing report says 0 bounces
What could be wrong?

    Did you setup bounces and complaints in your SNS and SES console?

    Thanks! You are right I was missing those steps.

    When performing step 4 I'm receiveng the this message :

    Subscription request received!

    "A confirmation message will be sent to the subscribed endpoint. Once the subscription has been confirmed, the endpoint will receive notifications from this topic"

    Is that a confirmation emails I should wait to receive before sendy can start sensing bounces? I'm still not receiving isuch email.

    Your subscription will be instantly confirmed. Sendy instantly confirms the SNS subscription the moment you click 'Subscribe'.
