White page and PHP error - SimpleEmailService

I'm getting stuck on editing campaigns, once created I can't load them. For example, I get stuck here:

https://domain.com/send-to?i=2&c=3

With a white page, and no error message, just a message that the browser is still loading.

In my error logs, I see this which I suspect is related:

[17-Dec-2015 09:50:35 America/Chicago] PHP Warning: SimpleEmailService::ListIdentities(): 7 Failed to connect to email.us-east-1.amazonaws.com port 443: Connection timed out in /home/user/public_html/includes/helpers/ses.php on line 388

Which, while a warning, seems to be preventing me from sending campaigns?

Hi,

I suggest sending to error message to your hosting support. They may have a firewall blocking outgoing connections which prevents Sendy from communicating with Amazon SES's API.
