Unsubscribe and web version tag page not working

The unsubscribe page doesn't unsubscribe.
By clicking on the unsubscribe link and web version, not sent to the respective page.
I have | sendy 1.1.4

    • Sendy installation URL, email and password
    • FTP credentials

    Thanks for the credentials.

    I sent a test campaign from your installation that includes a web version link and an unsubscribe link.

    Both are working though. Please see screenshot below:
