Installing in a subdomain

edited February 2013 in Troubleshooting

During checkout, I used the domain EXAMPLE.COM, however, for logical separation of my web server, I want to install in a different subdomain (email.EXAMPLE.COM). I have everything configured, but as I input all the info for my AWS and license key it just redirects to the same page. I figure this is due to the fact that I did not sign up with subdomain.EXAMPLE.COM, just example.com.

Am I correct in this theory, and if so, what can I do to remedy this?

  • Hi @shamelessben,

You should be able to install Sendy on any sub domain that belongs to the domain registered with us. The problem was, you entered an email address as your domain during checkout. I've removed ben@ from the licensed domain, you should be able to install now.

    Thanks.

    Ben
