Campaigns not Sending

I have been using Sendy for several months now with a cron job. However over the past two weeks I have had two intermittent scheduled campaigns that didn't get sent. Any ideas on what could be happening and what I should do to correct?

Was the 2 scheduled campaigns scheduled at the same time and date?
