Odd email addresses

I'm seeing lots of obvious "fake" emails coming via my forms with URLs like:

@noreplyhere.org
markdoesntreply@tothisemail.org
thereisnoemail@here.org
stacey@doesntcheckthisemail.xyz

Is anyone else seeing these, and do most people think double opt-in is the way to go?

These could be done by people or automated scripts.

You can use double opt-in, or you can code captcha into your form to minimise fake email address sign ups.
