JFYI, I am translating the message resources into Russian.
Is there any official way to submit translated data (to suggest including into further releases)?
Or, is it planned to make a 'Translation' page to download desired language's data?

Here's the translation.
There are flaws:
* certain strings are not using gettext(). For example, when I login and am invited to create my first brand, the string "to start!" (Create your first brand ...) isn't translated.
* upper menu items (Settings, Brands etc) are not translated
I will send more reports on other translation quirks, as I see them.

When I subscribe via form and hit "Submit" button, I see:

from settings page isn't included into default.po, thus remains untranslated.

Just to mention: there are two language settings:
- within my settings - that affects Sendy admin interface
- with brand settings - that affects site language, e.g. for ubsubscribe links
