When I write my email in the "Plain text" field, my email stay empty. My question: How to use "Plain Text" mode?

Sendy sends 'Multi-part' emails, just like all other email sending platforms.

"Multi-part" email means the email contains two parts, one HTML and the other Plain Text.

If the recipient's email client supports HTML email, it will display the HTML part of the email. On the other hand, if the recipient's email client does not support HTML emails (which is rare these days), it will fallback to display the Plain Text email.

That's how it works.

If you want to send a plain text email, just compose your email without any text formatting.
