I couldn't see in the demo if detailed statistics are available for autoresponders. I'm talking about open rates, click rates and unsubscribes.

Yes, reports are available for every autoresponder that you create. The report is as detailed as the campaign report.
And yes you can't see it in the demo. But it's available in the production build you download.
