Second brand disappeared

I had two brands. For some reason today I see just one brand. The second brand disappeared. How can I log in or find the other brand? I believe, it happened after I changed the password.

    Hi @peterr,

    Changing the password won't cause a brand to disappear.

    Can you check your mySQL database to see if the brand was removed? The table name is apps.

    Both brands are in the database - the original and the one which disappeared.
    I do see how can I create the new brand. Sendy lost menu "the new brand"

    Can I email you log in credentials to my Sendy.

    Can you please PM me these details so I can take a look:

    • Sendy installation URL, email and password
    • FTP credentials
    • Access to mySQL database (phpMyAdmin or hosting control panel access)

    Hi @peterr,

    Thanks, I received the credentials.

    The Sendy credentials you've given me is not the 'main account login'. It's a 'brand account login'.

    When you're logged in as a 'brand' you cannot see other brands in the drop down menu on the top right.

    You must log in as the 'main account user'.

    Your 'main account user' email is elmxxx@gmail.com (obfuscated for obvious reasons).

    Not able to login with elmxxx@gmail.com. Sendy will not reset-send me the new email.
