Installation Issues on Windows

Hi I am having a problem with the install of sendy, I am using XAMPP on a Windows box, but i keep getting [404 error] If you're seeing this error after install, check this thread on our forum for the fix: http://sendy.co/discussion/5/404-error-after-install/p1, I have followed the instructions here but still no luck, in the PHP error logs I can see the following Use of undefined constant APP_PATH - assumed 'APP_PATH' in C:\xampp\htdocs\mailer\includes\functions.php on line 1, any help would be much appreciated

Hi @olnavsolutions,

As displayed in the FAQs on our homepage, Sendy only works on a Unix like server, eg. Linux and does not work on Windows.

Please view this thread http://sendy.co/discussion/109/sendy-on-windows/p1 If the fix won't help, you'll need to use a Linux server.

You're welcome. There is XAMPP for Linux, as long as it's on Linux you should be fine.
