We import mailing lists from our CRM software and send them emails through sendy. However when someone unsubscribes through sendy our CRM software is not aware of this.
Is it possible to have sendy send some sort of notification to our CRM software when someone unsubscribes? The CRM is in-house so we can open up any API's needed, but it might be easier/neater if we can set an email address so that an email gets sent every time someone unsubscribes and we can interpret that. Then it would be able to be used by a wider range of people.

You can create a custom unsubscribe success page, then save the URL of the page in list settings as a custom unsubscribe success URL. You can pass the unsubscribed email address via GET into the URL, then write code in your page to "inform" your CRM software of the unsubscribe.
