cant upgrade Sendy and cant send out emails

I upgraded my Sendy to ver 1.1.5.4. When I login that is what it shows. When I click on the Brand the new screen shows the old version 1.1.3.1 and asks me to upgrade to 1.1.5.4

Also when I try and send out an email blast I get an error
"The webpage at http://www.nlpmd.com/sendy/includes/create/send-now.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 103 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED): Unknown error."

Hi @umar,

I have your FTP and Sendy login credentials so I logged in to check.

I did a random glance/check at your Sendy files via FTP and saw that the /app/ folder is missing from /includes/ folder. The upgrade probably wasn't complete, so I re-uploaded the full 1.1.5.4 version and replace all of Sendy's files on your server.

I also included the code, RewriteBase /sendy in Sendy's .htaccess file as the .htaccess file one level above Sendy's directory seems to be conflicting with Sendy's .htaccess file.

Things are working now.
