I have just purchased and installed Sendy some days ago. I have Version 18.104.22.168 installed.
I have setup everything.
My account is setup and authorized in Amazon, as well as my email, domain and also my first brands email and domain (also verified).
Now I am trying to create a login for that brand so I go to the brands' settings to generate a password for the client to login, but when I try to login with those login credentials it keeps giving me error (message says wrong email or password). And If I try to recover password for that brand's email, I get the response that there is no such email?!?!?
What am I doing wrong?
All emails and domains are verified, so I don't know what is happening. Can you help me?
Just saw the problem. The email for the client was missing a letter. Sorry.
