rfc2369 complaint to high deliverability on hotmail

Sendy is complaint of rfc2369 ? (http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2369.txt)

this improves the deliverability in hotmails and it is easy to implement as just add values in the header.
for example unsubscribe link:

List-Unsubscribe: <http://www.host.com/list.cgi?cmd=unsub&lst=list>,
