Can't save autoresponder

I am trying to save an autoresponder email. Sometimes it lets me and sometimes I get this message:

 Please ensure you have granted FULL privileges to your MySQL user for your database.
 Or check https://sendy.co/troubleshooting#403-forbidden-error-when-clicking-save-and-next as you may have "mod_security" enabled on your server.

    Hi,

    The issue is that one of your browser extension ‘Grammarly’ is inserting tons of code into the editor without you knowing when you created your Autoresponder email, see the HTML code below:

    Here's what you need to do:

    1) Disable Grammarly extension for Sendy in your browser

    Screenshot:

    2) Re-create your Autoresponder email (delete the email and re-create the email)

    Then try again.
