Unable to verify and setup bounces & complaints handling

Config: Sendy installed on GoDaddy shared instance.
The SES full right have been given already to the IAM user.
The verified email is ok.

And I get this error asking me to setup the SNS policy:

Sendy is unable to verify and setup bounces & complaints handling for your 'From email' address. Here's what you need to do:
Visit your IAM console then follow the instructions in this video.
Then refresh this page.
Once this is done, Sendy will be able to setup bounces & complaints handling automatically.

Any idea how to fix this?
