Can we see both hard & soft bounces?

Hi,

I'm just solving issue with amazon regarding bounce rate. Anyway: Amazon have two kinds of bounce: soft bounce (can be restored, like mailbox is full) and hard bounce (unrecoverable, like email doesnt exist).

In sendy I just see bounce count, or info that email was bounced or not. Is it hard or soft bounce? O found this, but I'm not sure if it is still valid:

And if possible, can there be for each campaign info for both softbouces and hardbounces? So we can see both values?

Hi Maxim,

The registered bounces you see in Sendy's interface are 'Hard bounces'.

Soft bounces are invisible to you but are registered in the database. If an email soft bounce 3 times, it'll be converted to 'hard bounce'. This happens automatically in the background.
