Unsubscribe link doesn't work in the welcome email

Hi,

I set up a welcome email for the subscribers where I add "Unsubscribe here" and also "[unsubscribe]" to obtain the link for unsubscribing the user but the tags are not replaced by the actual link, what I am doing wrong?
