Bounces and complaints not being registered

Hi guys,

My Sendy is not registering both bounces and complaints. In fact I created a testing group with just two email addresses (the ones that Amazon SES uses to test this) and sent a test email and nothing.

What could be wrong?

    Hi @etalamo,

    Have you followed Steps 7 and 8 completely in the Get Started Guide? Every single step needs to be completed in Steps 7 and 8 otherwise bounces and complaints will not be registered.

    Hi Ben, Yes, I followed entirely the step by step when I installed it.

    Checking again, noticed that the SNS topics where there but the SNS subscriptions were not (I don't know why).

    I created them again and it is working now.
