Emails not going out

  • I have Sendy installed
  • I have created and verified sending email address
  • I have added DKIM in my DNS
  • I have enabled DKIM for email
  • I have enabled DKIM for my domain
  • I have setup bounces SNS and tie it with my sending email address at SES
  • I have setup complaints SNS and tie it with my sending email address at SES
  • AWS has approved my production status and I can see in the Dashboard that I have 10,000 emails / 24-hour
  • I have entered my AWS Credentials, the Key ID and Secret Access

what am I missing here? the test emails say they have sent out an email but I receive nothing. Sent out two emails via test list that I created, nothing received. SES is showing only 1 email sent in my summary though. please help!

    nothing gets to the inboxes of my test emails...

  • Im receiving an error code 400 from ses

  • Now seeing a notification that all my test have not been delivered and they all have error code 400 in csv file.

    Thanks for the credentials and upgrading to the new version.

    The new version is able to check if your 'from email' is verified.

    You have 2 brands. The first brand's 'from email' is not verified while the second brand's 'from email' is verified.

    Which brand are you sending from where the emails did not go out? The first or the second?

  • Hi @dvspro,

    I've just logged in to your installation to check again. I created a simple test email, sent it to myself and I received it.

    There're no problems with your Sendy installation, the issue is with your HTML code. Hence Amazon SES rejected your email.

    These are what I discovered from your HTML code:

    1. Your CSS are not inline, it has to be inline. This will help http://inlinestyler.torchboxapps.com/
    2. Your img src are all relative URL, they have to be absolute URLs to the images
    3. Some images uses data:image/png;base64 a.k.a. Data URI, in which Amazon SES does not support

    Rectifying these will stop Amazon SES from rejecting your email.
