Emails not getting sent

Hi Ben

I have setup 3 brands. One of them is working properly, while the 2 other aren´t.

They troubleshooting brands use the same domain, which has been verified by amazon. What is going wrong?

Apparently, sendy says it is fine, but none of my tests worked. can you help me?

    Hi Daniel,

    Can you check the 'From name' of your other 2 brands that didn't work and see if there any 'non alpha numeric' characters in them?
