Is it possible to change the brand icons?

Not sure if I'm being really thick but I can't see a place to change the brand icons? Haven't found anything with a search. If no one's asked before surely I'm missing something.

    The brand icon uses the 'From email' domain's favicon.

    https://getfavicon.appspot.com is not finding my favicon it seems.

    Perhaps it's not looking at the links in the head?

    I'm going to copy and paste to favicon.ico and see if that works.
