How to disable two factor authentication?

Hi, a client has lost the device they use for two factor authentication. When I try to disable it I get a message saying "Unable to save. Please try again". Can you help?

    Hi,

    When you are at the 2FA screen, there is a button to click which will then show you the instructions to disable 2FA directly via your MySQL database:

    Hi Ben, the account that has had the two-factor added isn't my main account but a brand account. Is the procedure the same?
