Zapier unsubscribe user from multiple list instead of one list

Hello,

I'm trying to use Zapier in order to do basic stuff like : Unsubscribe from list A when they subscribe to list B

But my issue is:

  • User subscribe to list A -> I can see it as active
  • User subscribe to list B -> Zapier is doing something
  • Reload sendy webpage and then my user is unsubscribe from list A AND B.

How can I troubleshoot that?

Of course I would like to still have the user on the new list (in my example B one)

    Hi,

    By default, when a user unsubscribes, they will be unsubscribed from 'ALL' lists in the brand the subscriber may belong to (this is email marketing’s best practice), unless you set the 'unsubscribe settings' to 'Only this list' in the list settings:

    1. Go to 'View all lists' on the left sidebar
    2. Click the pencil icon on the list item to edit its settings
