Ability to record date that a subscriber was unsubscribed from a list?

We are having trouble figuring out when someone was unsubscribed from a list. Is there any way to capture that information (date of the change to unsubscribe status) for individuals who were (incorrectly) unsubscribed due to reasons unknown?

    Hi,

    Click on the subscriber in the list, a modal window will pop up showing more info about the subscriber. The 'Last activity' date is when they unsubscribed.
