Any update on this?
-
When I add the line: $charset = 'latin'; to the config.php file, the 'rn' bug shows up in all my emails. I am on Sendy 1.1.6.1.
-
What file needs to be edited?
-
Does the last_campaign column in the subscriber table indicate a click? Meaning a NULL value means 0 clicks and if there is a last campaign number stated like 2834, that means there has been a click?
-
Also in the mean time as this is something that may be added by Ben, is there a query I can run in mySQL that can show me the subscribers who have never clicked, let's say who subscribed more than 5 days ago?
-
Any update on this @Ben? Would really like to scrub out thousands of subscribers who aren't even opening my emails. I just don't know who they are.

+1 for [FirstName]

Whoa, news to me here. I just deleted a brand as a test and I didn't get any warning!

Amazon EC2 Spot Instance - Bitnami LAMP Stack AMI
-
Thanks, it works!
-
+1 happens to me too
-
no luck here either
-
@jpansel -- I'd highly recommend an EC2 instance t1.micro or m1.small

nothing in the queue right now as nothing is sending. I am sending to 40k
-
@danbrooks, What does that exactly do ? Just allow for spaces around the email when it imports so it filters duplicates?
-
Instance has 1.7gb memory and php memory is set to 128M
-
on the most current release its 1000/5min down from approx 10000/5min on 1.1.1.3
-
My quota rate is 70 per sec. I am sending about 1000 per 5 min now
-
Been having the same issue still, since inception.
-
I have the same issue on the most current release of sendy. On 1.1.1.3 I get close to 10,000 sends / 5 min.
-
FWIW, I am having the same issue and I rolled back to sendy 1.1.1.3 as the last working release where this isn't an issue -- and dropped the queue table before rolling back.
-
is php5.2 required?
-
Josh,
Just make sure your licensed domain points to your AWS instance. -
@Ben,
Also, when importing names (either plain text or CSV option) and email addresses, is there a filter to not accept duplicates if they are already on the list? -
Didn't get any messaging when I signed up again -- just went through like a normal subscription.
-
Yes, just signed up twice on one of my sites (that uses the API to add subscribers) using the same name and email address.
-
Strange, I have several instances of duplicate subscriber data, both name and email, sometimes different names as some people are clearly subscribing more than once with the same email address.
-
Just sorted dupes in excel and deleted in sendy. This is now fixed as far as I can tell. Please close.
